The Southern Utah Vet’s Aid (SUVA) will hold a fund raiser for the Wounded Warrior Project on May 19, 2012 (Armed Forces Day).  The event is an obstacle course challenge and competitors can enter either as a team or as individuals.  The fun will be held at Unity Park in Ivins, Utah which is a small city adjoining St. George, Utah.

Starting time is 0800 and we anticipate ending around 11 AM.  The cost (donation) to all the participants (and to the volunteers, too) is $10.00 but we will accept any amount over that.  The emphasis on the event is to bring awareness to the Wounded Warrior Project, which is a national program designed to empower veterans who have been seriously wounded in combat.  We will post more information about this exciting venture as May, 2012 gets closer.  If you don’t want to wait until then to donate to the WWP, simply go to the Home Page on this web site and click on the WWP logo when it appears on the left hand side in the scrolling bar.

          Thank you for your support!
